Shipping policy
Get Strapt™ offers worldwide delivery with orders typically dispatched within 1-3 days. During busy sale periods or Australian public holidays, there may be minor delays in receiving your order.
Please note that once an order has been processed and dispatched by our warehouse, we are unable to change the delivery address. Therefore, we recommend verifying your delivery details before submitting your order.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation via email once your order has been dispatched.
For international orders, customs inspections and import taxes specific to your country may apply based on the value set by your local authority.
Express Post and tracking options are available at checkout. Our domestic shipping rates are $7 for standard post Australia-wide and $10 for express post Australia-wide. Place your order by 1pm Sydney time (AEST) for same-day dispatch.
International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:
- New Zealand: $17 for Standard (5-8 business days), $30 for Express (2-5 business days)
- US & Canada: $25 for Standard (6-9 business days), $40 for Express (3-6 business days)
- UK & Europe: $27 for Standard (8-15 business days), $40 for Express (4-6 business days)
- Asia Pacific: $20 for Standard (6-13 business days), $35 for Express (4-11 business days)
- Rest of World: $35 for Standard (20-25 business days), $45 for Express (10-18 business days)
